Design and Engineering
Our approach to service our client’s Design and Engineering requirements is to provide complete documentation to ensure minimal change orders during the construction process.
This includes the steps to:

- Document throughout the Design, the decision making process to facilitate Management’s understanding and approval

Master and Site Planning
Each site is unique within its context. NAI identifies solutions that fit the physical and environmental context that determine site success. Our approach to Master Planning our client’s site includes three major steps:
- Analysis of phisycal, economic and market characteristics determining the project
- Definition of alternatives for Development and Selection of actual program
- Engineering of the selected Master Plan’s infrastructure systems
Budgeting and Bid Process
Our goal is to create the right fit between what the market has to offer and what the project demands at the best possible price. The approach to this key step to project success is comprehensive:
- Bid document coordination with project intent to ensure consistency with contractual scope, together with bid preparation, evaluation and winning contractor(s) selection
