Harold Hoekstra serves as Chief Operating Officer of NAI Mexico, where he is responsible for driving the firm’s national platform, aligning brokerage, business intelligence, and client service functions to deliver results for tenants, developers, and investors. Having lived and worked in Mexico for over 25 years, Harold offers a unique, on-the-ground perspective of the country’s industrial real estate landscape. Earlier in his career, he held a leadership role at Deloitte Mexico as Director, where he advised on real estate strategy and complex transactions across multiple asset classes. Today, he combines that institutional background with hands-on execution to support clients navigating nearshoring, site selection, and investment across Mexico.
