As a senior broker for NAI Mexico he operates in the North East Region focusing in Monterrey and Saltillo. For the past 14 years he has represented global firms. He supports client’s requirements through senior transaction advisory, investment and project management expertise.

Mr Hernandez co-leads a senior team delivering integrated planning solutions for: Tenant Representation, Agency Representation, Build-To-Suit transactions, Project Bid Management, Financial Analysis and Valuation Services.

His diverse experience includes aerospace, automotive, medical device, electronics, often Fortune 100 firms including: John Deere, Lego, CAT and the US State Department.
